Design partner program signup · yurei.tech · Last updated 2026-08-12

This page explains what happens to the information you give us when you request early access to Hodor Cyber or Hodor Mail through the form on this site.

Who is responsible for your data

The controller is Yūrei Tech. If you need to reach us about this notice, or to exercise any of the rights below, email hello@yurei.tech.

What we collect

Why we collect it (lawful basis)

We process this data on the basis of your consent — you actively submit the form to request access. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the erasure route below, which stops further processing of your data.

We use it solely to contact you about the design partner program — to follow up on your request, share updates on Hodor Cyber and Hodor Mail, and let you know when a slot opens. We do not use your address for a general newsletter, and we never will without your separate, explicit opt-in.

Who else sees it

To keep the signup form free of bots and spam, we run a challenge through Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address as part of that check. Cloudflare also operates the infrastructure the site and its backend run on. These are the only processors involved in handling your submission.

What we don't do

We never sell your data. We never use it to train models. We do not share it with third parties for marketing — it is shared only with the infrastructure processors named above, to the extent necessary to run this site and verify submissions are not automated.

How long we keep it

We keep your address until you ask us to delete it, or until the design partner program ends, whichever comes first.

Where it's processed

Submissions are processed on Cloudflare's infrastructure and may be stored or processed outside the European Union. Where that happens, it is covered by Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum and standard contractual clauses, which apply the safeguards required for transfers outside the EU.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and the right to receive it in a portable format. You can exercise any of these rights, including erasure, at any time by emailing hello@yurei.tech. We will action requests without undue delay.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.
